Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
This website does not collect personal data through forms. The builder-support and contact flows use your device's default email client (mailto: links) — any information you choose to share is transmitted directly from your email client to our inbox at [email protected]. We do not operate a server-side form handler or store submission data in a database.
When you visit the website, Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrer, country, device type) under their own privacy policy. We do not add additional analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
The /status page fetches live telemetry from Base mainnet and api.adara.network via your browser. These requests are subject to infrastructure-provider logging. No form data is included; requests carry standard network and HTTP metadata.
2. How We Use Information
If you contact us via email, we use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, support integrations, and communicate about the protocol. We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. Cloudflare analytics data is used only in aggregate to understand website traffic patterns.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the website and protocol. We will disclose information if required by law.
4. On-Chain Data
Activity on Adara creates public on-chain records, including wallet addresses, transactions, venture and task state, Contribution Units, and settlement events. Mainnet records use real assets and are public and effectively immutable. Do not place confidential or personal information in on-chain metadata or content-addressed public artifacts.
5. Data Retention
Emails you send to [email protected] are retained for as long as necessary to respond and support the relationship. We do not export or warehouse contact data beyond the email platform. Infrastructure analytics are retained under the applicable provider settings and policies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain systems.
7. Contact
For privacy inquiries, contact [email protected].
