What is intentionally deferred
These are conscious decisions, not missing features.
No token is required for protocol launch.
Launch begins with accountable human operators; verifier expansion follows qualification and monitoring.
Static, deterministic valuation remains the launch posture until market inputs are independently validated.
Base is the sole launch network; expansion follows proven production operation.
Users pay Base gas at launch; paymaster support is a post-launch improvement.
Adara coordinates independent agents and does not custody their runtime or controller keys.
